Cancel an auto renew payment

  Hello

  I no longer need the wordpress service and I missed canceling the auto renew service can you please help me to cancel this renewal​ and get the refund

  Hi @martinbeijing77,

  You can request a refund from your Dashboard>Store >My Upgrades.
  There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.

  If you get stuck at any point you can tag this thread with ‘modlook’ to request Staff attention.
