Cancel and delete

    I need to cancel my subscription, receive a refund if a charge was processed, and close my account entirely. can you help me with that?

  • Hi there! The account that you’re writing from does not have any active subscription at the moment; it looks like you cancelled and refunded a plan around a week ago. That means the refund may still be processing – we usually suggest giving it 10 working days from when you first initiate the refund, but it does somewhat depend on your card provider.

    As it is, you can choose to close your WordPress.com account too, which you can do from here:
