    Is this regarding the WordPress.com Premium plan and registration for carolinagirlabroad.blog?

    If so, it appears that you have filed a dispute with your financial institution. Once that happens, we lose the ability to process a refund for the charge and must wait for the dispute process to complete.

    If you contact your financial institution and cancel the dispute, we will be happy to refund that purchase for you.
