Earlier today, I subscribed to the eCommerce plan using my account, (email visible only to moderators and staff), and requested that it be transferred to my other account, (email visible only to moderators and staff). The transfer was successful.
However, after seeking support and attempting to access the support chat, I was informed by the support team that my account, (email visible only to moderators and staff), had been blocked, along with my payment and chat access.
As a result, I am unable to utilize your services, and you have not provided any explanation for this action, nor have you unblocked my payment account. Given these circumstances, I request that you cancel my plan and issue a full refund for the charges incurred.
I believe that the problems and errors in this situation are entirely on your end. Please proceed with the cancellation and refund process at your earliest convenience.
