Cancel and Refund

I am trying to cancel a purchase for a custom theme. It give me the option to do so via my upgrades. i click on cancel, it asks for a reason and i give it. Then it says it will send me an email to confirm. I never get it, and I know the mail address is working. There is no way i can find to email support.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve canceled and refunded the premium theme upgrade as you’ve requested, and you should see the refund in your account within 7–10 business days (but usually much sooner).
