Cancel and refund

I have multiple word press accounts and was recently billed for them (today). I am in the refund window and would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund. The domains are teachwithgabrielle and gabriellepopp.com. Could you please assist with canceling these and refunding me? Thank you so muchThe site I need help with is Gabriellepopp. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

We can only cancel an upgrade and issue a refund if it’s requested by the account that owns the upgrade in question, and the
gabriellepoppaccount you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us.Please log into the account you used to buy that domain, and then you can cancel and refund it from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

Hello,
The email for the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I cannot recover the account nor login because it was a work email that has been deactivated. I followed the recovery process and have not heard back. Could someone from WordPress contact me at my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), to discuss canceling and refunding.

If you’ve submitted the account recovery form, please be patient while waiting for a reply there. The team that handles those requests reply to them in the order they’re received, and someone will get back to you as soon as your request reaches the top of the queue. Also keep in mind that it’s the weekend, so it might take a little longer than normal to get a reply.
