    Please cancel my account. I was on the process of making my site unfortunately i wont need it anymore and please refund the $USD 399. Thanks!

    It doesn’t look like you paid anything from this WordPress.com account. Perhaps you have a different WordPress.com account where you made the payments?

    If you have a transaction ID (which you can find on your credit card statement), please get in touch with us using the account recovery form. We’ll be happy to look into this further for you.
