    Hey there, you had an upgrade on this account that you refunded a few days ago. I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
