    Hi, I’d like to cancel and receive a refund for the 10 months left on the subscription.
    I pay $58. annually and need the money for living expenses.

    It sounds like you are outside any refund window if you paid annually. It’s also possible than your site isn’t even hosted here so what is the full address of the site in question.
