Cancel and refund

    I keep getting charged but can’t find any way to cancel or stop the charges. There is nothing in my payment history or receipts. Please cancel and refund.

    As you mentioned, I don’t see any subscriptions connected to the WordPress.com account you’re logged into. Please enter details from your charge on this site to find out what the charge is for: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    You’ll also see the option to contact our billing team over on that page after entering the charge details. Please fill out that form so we can get back to you via email.
