    it appears that I cannot use any plugins with the program that i have, and I do not want to sign up with a $300 program, please cancel my account and refund me the $48

    I see that you have requested a refund for the WordPress.com Personal plan you recently purchased.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund. In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

    To clarify, the WordPress.com Business plan is needed to add plugins. Saying that, we have a ton of built-in features (no plugins required) available on all of our plans. If you tell me a bit about what feature you were looking to add with plugins, maybe we can look for alternatives here.
