  Hello wordpress community. I had purchased a basic wordpress plan a month ago. Now I want to cancel it. Will I get the refund ?

  I’m afraid not if you are talking about a plan purchased here at WordPress.com and more than 14 days has elapsed since purchase. However that site listed appears to be at GoDaddy so perhaps reach out to them?

  If by “basic” you’re referring to the Personal plan, then yes, you can absolutely host your WordPress website on it.
