Cancel and refund

    I cancelled my service last year and still got charged this year.
    Wordpress makes it VERY VERY difficult to get help.

    I need someone to email or call me to resolve this issue. I was assured last year that I woudl not be charged again.

    I don’t see any payments or subscriptions on this WordPress.com account, and based on the link you shared, your site appears to be hosted with Bluehost. That’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
