Cancel and refund

I cancelled my service last year and still got charged this year.
Wordpress makes it VERY VERY difficult to get help.I need someone to email or call me to resolve this issue. I was assured last year that I woudl not be charged again.

I don’t see any payments or subscriptions on this WordPress.com account, and based on the link you shared, your site appears to be hosted with Bluehost. That’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
