Cancel and Refund

I attempted to start an account the other day. I paid $99. By the time I was finished, I wanted to cancel. I did cancel, I thought but you took the money out of my checking account. I am very frustrated with your lack of customer support.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
That is where your upgrades are found.
Dashboard > Store > Billing History is where your billing history is foundWordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
I don’t see any history of an upgrade purchased on your account. It’s possible that it’s just a verification and that your account didn’t got charged. Could you please take another look?
