Cancel and refund

    I have been trying for days to cancel my plan and when I get the email it says I have an error.

    I’m very frustrated because I have been trying to contact support but it only shows me the same page and nothing its helpful at all.

    How do I proceed to cancel my plan/domain and get a refund.

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.COM blog URL and then mapped it to http://teacupsandreads.net/?

    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
