Cancel and refund

    Hi I’m trying to cancel and refund a theme I bought by mistake – I thought it was available as a download to use for wordpress.org
    Now I can’t get it refunded – When I click the ‘cancel and refund’ button I get a pop-up asking me why I want to cancel. Then the only button there says ‘No, I’ll keep it’
    How do I get around this and get my refund?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’ve been able to cancel the theme already, and a refund has been issued. You should receive the refund in a few days.
