Hi,
I would have only had one account for the free trial. I didn’t realize I needed to cancel to avoid an automatic charge. At this time I am not ready to start my online store. How do I go about getting a refund for that $25?

It says no results were found.
This means that the charge is not from WordPress.com. There’s no history of this account ever being billed for any upgrades or charges based on what I can see.
Can you share a link as to where you were using the free trial? It was not on WordPress.com. Perhaps I can help you figure out where it is coming from.
