  cancel and refund.

  Refunds can be accessed through your “Me” page. Hover over your profile picture in the top left corner of your screen, then select “Manage Purchases”.

  From there you can select the upgrade you want refunded.

  Hi patriciakusaba,

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site would like to cancel the upgrades for?

  Once I know for sure, I’ll take a look.
