Hi I was billed more then once for the same amount. I have cancel the plan. How do I recieve a refund ?

Hi there,
I only see one charge on your account for $96 yesterday. You can also see a receipt for that charge here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
What can sometimes happen is that when you first make the purchase your credit card statement will create an entry for an authorisation, and then later a second entry for the actual charge. Can you please check your statement carefully and make sure that is not perhaps the case here?
I also noticed the domain portion of your plan was not refunded when you cancelled. I’ve processed that for you now, and you’ll see two refund receipts for the combined total of $96 at the same link above.
