    Hi almuathermka,

    I’ve checked your account and it shows a full refund was successfully sent on the 21st April 2019. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History if you need it:

    Contacting your bank is the next step. They should be able to confirm when you can expect the money to arrive.

    It’s worth bearing in mind that international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a longer than 10 business days to arrive in some cases and processing times vary between banks. You can give your bank the transaction ID from the refund receipt to help them locate the refund on their system.
