Cancel and Refund

    hi, I set up an account over a year ago which has been redundant for about 9 months, I can see they have taken another £27 out of my account on 10th Jan when they didn’t even send me an email to renew. can someone please look into this as I require a refund.

    I don’t see any active subscriptions on the account from which you’re writing us. What’s the address of the site in question?
