Cancel and refund button doesn't work

Hello
The cancel and refund button doesn’t work in “my upgrades”. How can I get a refund for my “studio” theme?
It has been less than 30 days.
Thank youThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This site which is hosted by WordPress.COM http://drarchitectes.com/ is wearing the free Sketch theme.
We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.
Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you are referring to a WordPress.ORG software install and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageIf you are referring to a WordPress.COM hosted blog then provide the URL for the blog in question wearing the WordPress.COM version Studio theme in the form of an active link starting with http://

Hello, thank you for your answer.
I started the blog:
drarchitectes.wordpress.com some months ago and I recently upgraded it to a “WordPress.com Premium”, thus changing the adress to drarchitectes.com.
I bought on the 16th of february a theme for this blog, “studio theme” and I would like to cancel it and to get a refund. I never worked with wordpress.org.
When I try the “the cancel and refund” button, a window pop up with nothing but a title, and there is nothing else I can do. How else can I get a refund for this theme? -
I do not see that premium theme on this site http://drarchitectes.com/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/Provided you are within the 30 days allowed and you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
Thank you for your answer.
I don’t use this “studio” theme on my blog, I use the “sketch” theme.
On the 16th I paid for a premium theme, “studio” theme, and I’ve been charged 79$, I have a receipt in my “billing history” for this purchase. I was less than 30 days ago (13 days to be precise) and and would like to cancel this purchase and to get a refund. As I’ve said the “cancel and refund” button doesn’t work in “my upgrades”. A window pops up with the “cancel and refund” title and there nothing else I can do with it. Therefore my question is there any other way I cancel it, or who should I get in touch with? -

I’ve removed the Studio theme from your account and issued a full refund. It takes about a week for the refund to appear in your bank account but you can find it in your billing history now:

Let me know if I can help with anything else. :)

I don’t think I did anything to be charged for after my 30 days but I want to be sure. I used two addresses for the accounts. Can you make sure I didn’t commit to buying anything? Or tell me how to do it?

I’ve removed your premium theme, Puzzle, and issued a full refund. It may take a week for the refund to appear in your bank account but you can see it in your billing history here:

I see no upgrades or purchases on your account. However, each WordPress.com account must have a separate email address; so if you’ve registered with two different email addresses you have two accounts. You’ll need to check the other one for upgrades.
To see if you’ve purchased any upgrades you can do this by logging into each of your accounts and visiting this page:

So just to be sure, even though I was working with the $99.00 package I won’t be charged anything since I’m within the timeframe to cancel. I just don’t want any surprises. Thanks

There are no upgrades on your account, so I expect no charges. If you have any other accounts, there may be active upgrades there and those may have future charges associated with them. If you’ll let me know any other usernames, I’d be happy to check on them for you.
I don’t see that your username ever had the Premium package either, so that makes it sound like you had it while logged in as another username? Or were just on a free trial that ended?
