  trying to return the bundle i purchased but it is not working

  I’m trying to cancel and refund the bundle that i purchased and it’s not going through. is there another way to request a refund?

  Since you have the paid upgrades, you should be able to contact Support directly on http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  It looks like you have already canceled and refunded this.

  The refund left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, should arrive within 10 days.
