Cancel and refund button not working

I meant to create a new site using a premium theme and accidentally purchased it to my prior site.
I would like to transfer this to a new site, if possible or cancel and refund and start over with a new site.
Please advise.

I don’t see any other WordPress.com sites associated with your account, so I’ve removed and refunded your purchase. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
