Cancel and Refund Domain

  I need to have my domain cancelled and refunded. Just bought it a few minutes ago and now realize I don’t want it.

  If the domain is less than 48 hours old you should be able to cancel on your own.

  If it’s older than that, we need to help. Just note if we cancel older domains, they may not be refundable, and you won’t be able to use them at another host right away. If you do intend to use the domain elsewhere, let us know.

  My entire issue is that nobody ever replied to this thread to cancel my account. I posted here within 2 hours of purchasing my domain name so that I could make sure I was within the 48 hour cancellation + refund time frame, and nobody bothered to reply. If I’m not going to get a refund just because nobody responded to me until just now, there’s an issue. When I first tried to cancel my account, I clicked the link you sent me and it told me I was unable to cancel and refund the account myself and would have to request to have it cancelled and refunded by contacting support. I then realized that there is no support number or email, and my only way to contact anyone to help me would be posting in this forum which nobody bothered to reply to or help me with. If anyone can straighten this out for me that would be greatly appreciated, since I posted on here well before the 48 hours was up.

  I would like to point out that I requested to have my domain cancelled and refunded on November 11th, the same day I purchased the domain, and nobody who would be able to complete my request bothered to respond until today, November 17th, an entire week later. Hope I didn’t lose out on the money I paid and wanted refunded just because nobody helped me.

  I am not able to use the My Upgrade page, that’s why I posted in here as well. I purchased mine late Sunday night, so mine should be under the two day time frame for the refund as well.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated,
