cancel and refund domain

  I registered a domain name with you: matt-urbanski.com.

  Please refund domain matt-urbanski.com and whichever wordpress.com links are associated.

  Current time: 3:26 pm EST, (July 16 2016). It has only been an hour since I ordered this domain. I was unable to accomplish simple things such as uploading my own theme, which is only accessible on wordpress.org.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve tagged this question so that a member of staff will take a look. In the meantime have you followed these steps about cancelling a domain order? If not then try that out and you might be able to sort it out yourself.

  Hi there,

  As you have already cancelled the domain I’ve refunded the outstanding amount.

  However, please be aware that cancelled domains don’t become available again immediately, and it can be anything from a few days to a few months before that domain will be available for registration somewhere else. This is in the hands of our registrar and we have no control over it.
