Cancel and refund domain mapping

Hello,
I purchased the domain mapping upgrade earlier today. I would like to cancel that upgrade and get a refund. I attempted to cancel this upgrade through the “Upgrades” section of my account, but the “Cancel & Refund” button will not work.

I’ve removed and refunded your Upgrade, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
