Cancel and Refund link not working.

  Cancel and Refund: I purchased the premium theme Bloggy, on October 11, 2014. I followed the instructions through the store to cancel. When I click on cancel and refund, a pop up window comes up that reads “cancel and refund” in black lettering along with an “x”. You can’t click on “cancel refund”, there is no other information or anything to click on other than “x”. When you click on “x” the box simply disappears, and nothing changes. I still have the theme, and I can’t cancel it, or get a refund through this process. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  I’m sorry about that. I can cancel and refund it for you. Please note that if I were to do that your site will default to a free theme and any customizations you made on the site will disappear.
