It looks like your browser may be storing the login details for info284418137 so please try logging out of this account from the My Profile page and clearing your browser cache:
Then log back in with the username leetsocialevents (you can double check which account you are logged in to from My Profile).

The email address you mentioned is connected to the account you are logged in to at the moment, not the account that owns the domain so try the username I mentioned above and see whether that helps.

You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
