Cancel and refund not successful

After selecting the Confirm cancellation in my email, I have been prompted to the below message when redirected back to the site;
“Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”
Please help to process my refund.

hi harish. appreciate your prompt response. the refund is urgent as I’d like to explore my options further. please render the assistance needed as soon as it is possible. it has been quite frustrating to handling what was suppose to be a simple option.

I signed up for a $99 annual plan, then I upgraded to $199. I canceled the plans with in a week, I only got the second plan refunded, which is $181 after the charge of $18 domain fees.
What about the $99 I paid at first, I would like to receive a full refund of that as well.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
