Cancel and Refund not working.

  Hi I have tried several times to click cancel and refund for wordpress premium however every time it does not send me the email with the required link. Have looked on your forums and it appears to be a reoccurring please can someone help.

  I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
