Cancel and Refund of Domain
-
Good day,
I would like to cancel my domain and have a refund. I purchased the domain mapping on December 1, 2014. However, when clicking on “cancel and refund” it says: “You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”
What can I do now? The domain was mapped only 12 days ago.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/Domain registrations are refundable within 48 hours after registration. For refunds regarding domain and upgrade renewals, please contact support immediately.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/Dashboard > Store > Billing History
http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

Thanks for the response!
Does domain mapping belong to the category “Domain registrations”?In the link you added, it says that there must be a button saying “Cancel and refund”. It does show this button but as well the hint “You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.” I am not sure now which guideline I am supposed to follow
