Cancel and refund personal bundle

    I cancelled and got refunded for my business plan but it won’t let me cancel and get a refund for my personal plan. It just says “upgrade” in the purchases section. I want to cancel and refund everything.

    Hi mariapsaras,

    it won’t let me cancel and get a refund for my personal plan.

    I’ve issued a refund for the Personal plan and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
