CANCEL and REFUND Please

Hello. We made a purchase on 5/20 that we would like refunded. We have gone to ‘Manage Purchase’ to make the Cancel/Refund and the purchase is not showing up there. Because this is a public forum, what is next step to contact you about wanting to cancel before the 30 days?

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Yes, I’d love to be able to edit my comments when required. I’m working on a hatched bilingual keyboard that keeps switching to French and the spellchecker on my 3 browsers has gone AWOL. After our concert on the big island tommorrow (I sing gospel and I’m a mezzo soprano) , I will hurry into the mall and purchase a new keyboard, unless doing so will result in a missed ferry and 3 hour wait. Have a great rest of the weekend.
