Cancel and refund please

    This account was cancelled in September 2022. An amount via debit order went off my account on 27.01.2023. Please could you cancel this debit order, the account and refund me the amount debited. Much appreciated. Kind regards

    Hi there,

    We can’t help directly because we don’t host outbeyond.co.za on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

    To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and to offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at Hetzner web hosting, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.

    Because of these differences, we do not have access to your site (we can only access sites we manage directly) and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting Hetzner web hosting for further assistance. We do not control billing for sites on other providers but you can contact them directly and they are in the best position to help. Thanks!
