Cancel and Refund purchase auto-renew upgrade

  Hi there!

  First, I’m Korean and not good at english.

  I want to cancel my auto-renew upgrade transaction.

  I submitted my request on my ‘Manage Purchase’ menu, and got confirmation email.

  But the Confirm Cancellation button did not work. The page that opens after click the confirm cancellation button show me message ‘There are problem while cancel the purchase. please contact support team..’
  actually this message written in Korean language..but I think the mean of message is not different.

  Please cancel my auto purchase and turn off auto-renew option.
  I want refund all of money. ( I do not want to use of domain mapping)

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
