Cancel and Refund (Sent two emails already)

  Hi,

  I emailed about cancelling my domain on the 10th (payment came out on the 8th), then again on the 11th. It was up for renewal, but I thought I had cancelled the automatic renewal prior to that. I no longer need the domain, but haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Pertaining to electstyledigzine.com, can it still be cancelled and refunded? @modlook

  Sure! I have canceled your subscription for electstyledigzine.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  I have take advantage of you sale for premium for $48 dollars. But This week I had I paid the same amount for the first level plan. please refund be for the first $48 . Since I signed up the first time with the same domain as the second, I don’t believe I should be charged for using the same domain name.
  In a nutshell I want to keep the Premium for $48 and be credited for the Personal plan also $48 dollars. I cannot afford $96 dollars.
