cancel and refund sub-window does not display

  Hi,
  I am trying to get a refund on the theme I just bought, as it is not working as I was expecting (it’s not faulty, just not working as I thought it did from the sample!). However when I click on “Cancel and Refund” I just get a white box appear with just “Cancel and Refund” on it (and the X to close the subwindow) but nothing else. I’ve tried using a completely different browser (in case it’s duff cookies) and it does the same.
