cancel and refund the renew

  Our company has a subscription of a website named, businesstowns.com since 2016, and it’s auto renew. Now this project was sold out, so we would like to cancel the auto renew and refund the latest renew. We could login to the Purchase Settings, but we could not cancel it because the one who purchased this used personal account to subscribe our project website, and she left our company years ago.
