Cancel and Start Again via Bluehost

  I set up my blog yesterday and am currently using the free premium membership. I would like to cancel and then restart up using bluehost and then using wordpress from there. I know how to cancel via the store, but will my domain be available again (provided no one else snatches it up before I get a chance)? Will my user name be available again, too? Will I also be refunded for the privacy thing I paid for?
