Cancel and start over

  I signed up and paid for a domain that your site said was available, but once I paid for it, it said it was not available. I want to cancel and start over so that my log in and domain are the same. How do I cancel?

  How do I make sure that when you say a domain is available, it really is, so this doesn’t happen again?

  Nevermind. It resolved itself. There was an error message, but when I went back to the page the error message was gone and I seem to have the domain I paid for. Thanks.
