    I would like a FULL REFUND. Can you please cancel any subscriptions made for the website robyncomptondietician. I have been told I get $180 refund, however I was charged $245. Can you please refund the FULL amount of $245.

    Hi there,

    The only charge I see for the account you’re using to post here is a $180 purchase of our Pro plan earlier today, which was canceled five minutes later. You can see the receipts for both the original purchase and the refund in your billing history, here:

    We don’t sell any upgrades that cost $245, so you would have had to buy multiple upgrades at the same time to be charged that amount. But if so, that purchase was also made under a different WordPress.com account than the one you used to post here.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    From there you’ll also be able to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
