Cancel auto-renew

  Hi

  I’ve recently received the email about the auto-renewal of my premium, which I don’t want anymore, but there’s no way of canceling it following the steps given. (“My upgrades” appears empty)
  Perhaps I’m asking a stupid question, but is it because the domain was moved to another hosting? If not, how do I cancel the renewal?

  Hello,
  To cancel an upgrade, you need to be logged into the account that purchased it. If you’re sure that’s the case, add “modlook” to the tags of this thread and a staff member will be around to assist you.
