Cancel Auto-renew

Hello! I would like to cancel the auto-renewal for the domain mapping of this website. I seem to only be able to cancel, and I don’t want to do that! I’m just handing the website off to a new team and don’t want to be personally charged for the mapping anymore.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Blogs are not owned by businesses, companies , organizations or groups of any kind. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. If you do not wish to be charged for upgrades and you are the blog’s owner you can add another Admin and transfer the blog to their username account.
You add one username account as an official user of the blog, and designate them (ie. you) as an Admin. Next you transfer the blog to the username account using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I can see the cancellation part, but I can’t figure out how to stop auto-renewal.
I saw another thread where a wordpress customer support rep disabled auto-renewal for their account.

I don’t want a refund, and like I said I don’t want to cancel the domain mapping. I just want to stop auto-renewal.

I sincerely appreciate your interest in helping, and I’m sorry if I got a little snappy. However it can be as unhelpful to answer unasked questions as it is to not answer at all, because it forces the person to wade through unnecessary information in order to find out if you actually have included what they are looking for, and it’s extremely frustrating.
If a mod is looking at this, I do NOT need help in transferring my blog to another username. I do NOT need help in cancelling domain mapping, or logging in as an admin. I ONLY need help in cancelling the yearly AUTO-RENEWAL charge for domain mapping.

I can’t cancel the domain, (even though it’s within two days of the charge) and I can’t find where to cancel the auto renew function.

It would be terrific if I didn’t have to trawl forums and I could just cancel auto renewal myself. But I would like the same thing done -why don’t you guys put a button there that can be easily spotted? I have renewed my domain for another year but I am opposed to auto-renewal. Please unauto-renewal me too. Thanks

Auto Renew can be disabled by choosing the option to cancel your upgrade. If you cancel an upgrade outside of its refund window then it will remain active until its expiration date. For more information on auto renew, please visit our support page:
However, I went ahead and disabled auto renew for your domain subscriptions.

I just renewed the domain, but it says an auto renew it’s going to happen on 2nd March 2017, and I don’t want that. Can you please disable that? I’m trying hard, but can’t manage to solve it.

I have the same problem. I read the support page:

But there is no option in my admin for ” cancel an upgrade”. The option I have found is “Cancel and refund”. I click this option, but if I confirm, I will cancel my domain.
I want to disable the auto-renew for “correjapa.com” and “correjapa.com.br”
