Both of the domain, please. I like it better if paypal does not automatically charged me if I forgot to open my email for a week.
Thank you so much for your help.
By the way, maybe you could also help me clarify with the space storage thing. So, every year I am paying for personalized domain and 3 GB of space storage similar with the .wordpress ones? I thought the personalized domain come with bigger storage.
Thanks again.

I have disabled auto-renew for both domains.
3 GB comes free with the creation of your site. The domain subscription that you have covers both the mapping and registration of the domain. It’s not connected to the space you receive for your site.
Extra storage space is included in WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business.
For more information on extra space, please visit our support page:Thank you!

Hello staff-doublebassd
I was hoping if you may disable auto-renew for me as well, please. I wasn’t sure how to find and disable it myself so I came across this thread. -
@supernovia yes it was, I didn’t realize I needed to purchase a plan to utilize the mapping feature.

Hi, if you don’t mind, please add me to the list of those who aren’t able to find the setting to cancel auto-renew. I don’t want to delete the account or cancel my payment, but I’d appreciate it if someone could disable auto-renew for my account – michaelsfishbowl.com
Thanks!

I’ve disabled automatic renewal for your domain. Please make sure you renew your domain from the Purchases page before it expires, or it will be removed from your account when it does.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you kokkieh, but I’m a little confused now. I did renew the domain this past Thursday 06/16 and I just wanted auto-renew disabled. Are you saying that my domain was not renewed on 06/16 and that you refunded my purchase?
-
Your domain will expire on 24 June 2017. It was correctly renewed for this year but will expire next year unless you renew it yourself as long as auto-renew is disabled. Sorry if that wasn’t clear.

Do you want to only disable auto renew going forward or do you want to cancel the renewal that took place today?
I’ve disabled autorenew for future transactions, but if you want to cancel and refund the renewal that took place today it will mean cancelling your domain. You should only do so if you are sure you no longer want the domain. Please confirm if that’s what you want to do.

I don’t understand why you aren’t just letting us know how to disable the automatic renewal ourselves. It would be a lot less work for the staff at WordPress.com. Is this not a possibility? I’m going to be transferring a domain away but had to renew as it is due in four days. Will that stop any further invoices or auto payments?
-
You should be able to cancel autorenew by going to Purchases, clicking on the upgrade and clicking the Cancel Subscription option. That will cancel automatic renewal without cancelling the upgrade itself.
However, we use automatic renewal in order to prevent you losing your domain. Just yesterday I had to tell five people their domains had expired because they’d disabled auto-renew and either didn’t get or didn’t read the multiple reminder emails we sent them. They all had to pay a recovery fee to get the domains back from our registrar. If you allow us to automatically renew the subscription for you, that won’t happen.
But it’s your choice. If you’re not able to deactivate automatic renewal using the steps I gave above, let me know and I can do it for you.
