Cancel auto renew

  I have just renewed wordpress for 2019, but I would like to cancel auto renew through my Paypal account. Thanks!

  Have you tried cancellingthrough your Manage Purchases page? You can cancel and get a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Hi!
  I am wanting to continue the subscription for 2019, but it says it will auto renew in 2020. That auto renew for 2020 is what I would like to cancel. :-)

  Hi there,

  I’ve disabled automatic renewal for your domain, jacsuq.com. It will expire on 21 January 2020 unless you renew it manually before then.

  I see there’s also a Personal Plan on your site, but that belongs to a different account, juliaenchelmaierjacs. I cannot make any changes to upgrades in that account unless that user requests it.
