I can’tt find a place in tour website to cancel the auto-renewal.
You take €15 of my Paypal, and there is nothing I can do about it.. p

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

How can I ask for a refund? At “my upgrades” says something like this:
“Domain renewals are non-refundable”
You sent me an email just notifying me that wordpress would charge “late that day” the value of €15. That is just not right! -

OMG! I just realized this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds is sending you to the Store and that’s not helpful at all. I do apologize and I will tag this thread for Staff to update that link and send bloggers to the correct entry and to assist you.
The correct entry is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades and I am so upset to find that the link I have been posting is now directed to the store. Goodness knows how many bloggers have been frustrated by this change in the URL.

Thanks for being gracious. I’m totally peeved off because I answer many threads here, up to about 8 pages or more daily, and who knows how many bloggers have been directed to the Store because that link upgrade refunds was rerouted to the Store. Arrrarggghhh!

Yes you will have to wait for Staff and the response will not come soon as this is a holiday time and as there are many threads that were tagged for Staff before this one was tagged. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are. -

Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain martaolivier2014.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using martaolivier2014.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it, process the refund, and remove the upgrade from your account.

I have processed that refund for you and canceled the domain. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
