cancel auto renewal

  we no longer need to use askimet but our plan is due to renew in August. how do I cancel the renewal? we no longer have any domains registered

  You should be able to cancel your Akismet subscription through the process outlined here:

  http://docs.akismet.com/billing/cancel-subscription/

  Can you give that a try? If you have any trouble, just reply back here to confirm, and we can remove it for you!
