Cancel Auto-Renewal

  Hi –

  I just renewed my website, but I want to turn of Auto-Renewal. I want to only do it manually, as I have done every year. I don’t see a place to do that.

  All I see are:

  Edit Payment Method
  Contact Support to Cancel Domain and Refund
  Cancel Privacy Protection

  None of these allow me to disable Auto-Renewal.

  Hi there,

  I have disabled auto renew for you. Moving forward you’ll need to renew your upgrades manually before the expiration date. Please let us know if you have any questions.
