Cancel auto-renewal

  Hello:

  I missed the auto-renewal email as my old hotmail address had stopped forwarding messages. I realise I’m a day late, but I don’t actually want to renew this domain and have no use for it. Can you please cancel this renewal and reimburse me.

  I am a volunteer here, the staff will contact you here and assist you further. Be assured you will be replied here soon.
  Also in the mean while, if you are logged into your account, and go to the link https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
  You will see the “Cancel and Refund” option like provided in the guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
  You can then the instructions from there.
  Refund takes 5-8 business working days to reflect.
  Also, if there are any other problems. The WordPress staff will assist you further. Thank you for your patience. Let me know for any further questions..!

  Hi Tom,

  I don’t actually want to renew this domain and have no use for it. Can you please cancel this renewal and reimburse me.

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. If you let me know which domain you want to cancel, I’ll see what I can find.

  The domain was registered through us using another account — please log in as tamagazzi. Once you are logged in to the correct account, the domain can be cancelled from your Manage Purchases page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If you have any problems, just reply here from the other account.
